The only wooden vat with three different fermentation technologies; it is supplied complete with all the service accessories such as a steel fermenter. On request, it is supplied with a re-assembly mechanism complete with a Rubberpump pump, a Monofolltank fulling mechanism and a Supertank submerged cap mechanism.
