Variotank tank (always full) equipped with a mobile milling mechanism equipped with a fixed or adjustable fixing bracket.

Perfect for breaking the cap of marc during fermentation. The mobile fulling mechanism can be moved from one Variotank to another (even in the case of tanks with different capacities) to perform fulling during the fermentation phase.
